The Snow

So, I live in Minnesota. It snows here, like it does in MANY other places. I really do not like it when people say things like, "well, you DO live in Minnesota." I respond with, yes, I do and you live in Illinois, where it ALSO SNOWS!!! So, we got the 5th largest snow storm in Minnesota history this past weekend. It was a doozey. I don't feel like going into the details of my entire weekend, so I will give you some descriptive words and then some pictures.
My weekend in a slight order:
work.
lightrail.
stuck.
snowblower.
out of gas.
walking.
shovel.
neighbors.
drifts.
2 feet.
stuck again.
pushing.
digging.
dead battery.
elves.
salt.
hot toddy.
numb.
6 hours.
wet.
snow day #1.
Snow day #2.

My car got stuck in the alley. Right here.

My neighbor, Farham, cleaned out is driveway, next to the alley, so I could park there.
This is the day after the snow stopped. Wanna try driving??
Chicago Ave and 35th Street. See the bus stop bench??

This is my sidewalk. I shoveled and plowed it twice already before this picture!

The final shoveling.

The other part of my sidewalk! Thanks wind!

Hard work.

The day after the snow stopped, STILL can't move the cars.
 That is my story.
